Edeka Appel once again relies on smart technology from ReAct Now: In mid-March 2025, the second location in Rellingen was equipped with a comprehensive solution for employee communication and sound design.
Edeka Appel has equipped its second supermarket in Rellingen with a modern overall ReAct Now solution. The installation took place in mid-March 2020 and comprises both the call-to-action communication solution including PDT integration and a ReAct Now instore radio for sound design on the sales floor.
With the new communication structure – consisting of mobile devices, clear task distribution and intelligent interfaces – ReAct Now ensures more efficient processes and targeted collaboration between employees. The integration of PDT devices in particular enables end-to-end information networking between the warehouse, sales floor and checkout, while the ReAct Now Instore Radio ensures a relaxed shopping atmosphere. Targeted acoustic control increases the quality of the shopping experience and enhances it emotionally – a combination of efficiency and customer focus that is increasingly in demand in modern retail.
